All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout.
We offer a 7-day return policy on all jewellery less our original shipping cost. Change of mind returns will not be accepted for customised items (e.g. ring resizing or engraving).
We are happy to discuss options of repair, replacement, exchange or credit for the product depending on its availability.
To return a product simply contact us as soon as possible within 7 days from the date your parcel arrived and we will evaluate your return request. As soon as we have received your product we will issue your replacement, exchange or credit.
All retail or in-stock products have to pre-paid before delivery. The delivery will be handled on the next working day.
All wholesale or no-stock products have to be pre-paid 70% deposit while order confirmed and the balanced have to be paid before shipment. The leadtime depends on the increasing quantity (at least 2 weeks for minimum quantity).
For bank transfers please fax or email us the acknowledgement. We will ship your parcel as soon as your payment appears in our account.
